i too am looking for the same. if you find any can you please email
    me at milliondollaradvisor@yahoo.com

sometimes cc. co’s will want you to stay with them so if you tell them you want to close your account, transfer, etc. they will often offer you something.

i was just offered a 3.99% 4,000 loan from citi.. by doing this.

    hope this helps

The better deals for balance transfers are 12 months. The card I would recommend is the Citi Dividend Platinum Select Card because :

    1. You get 0% apr for 12 months (both purchase and balance transfer)

    2. You have 12 months to make your first transfer (more flexible)

    3. The 12 month period starts from the date of transfer and not the account opening date like most credit cards.

    4. There is no balance transfer fee for the introductory offer (most credit cards charge a fee of 3% of balance transfer with a maximum fee of $75.00)

    5. This card uses the average daily balance method to calculate monthly balances. You want to avoid cards that use the 2-cycle method because if you plan to gradually pay off your balance transfer debt after the introductory period, having a 2-cycle card will result in higher monthly balances. This means you should also avoid Chase and Discover cards for balance transfers even if they offer 12 month 0% deals.

Other Citi Cards also have similar balance transfer deals that are identical to the Citi Platinum Select Card.
