Is there a class action suit against banks for the illegal conversion of an ATM card ( debit) to creditcard?

Bank of America illegally converted a debit card into a credit type card with a $35 fee per transaction. Is there a class action suit as of yet?

    Even through I do not like BOA. This sound like an overdraft charge. You need to have money in the bank to use a debit card. You need to go into the bank and talk to a customer service rep to find out why this happen and dispute it.

    However, they could charge a higher fee if used at the Casino or the Casino ATMS
