KFC bangalore misused my creditcard?Can anyone help me to whom I should contact?

KFC employee stolen my credit without returning to me and did fraudulent transactions worth Rs 35000/-No KFC officials co-orating with me to nab the culprit and my request are in vain.

    register a police complaint and also report to the bank issued the credit card , ask them to block it.

    If you report within reasonable time the credit card issuing bank will take necessary action.( you may refer the guideline from their website) Contact the customer care of the credit card immediatly

    sir first of all u should have informed the bank immediately when ur card was missing, now u should file a complaint against the staff with the customer care of KFC if u dont get any response inform police who can help u. if ur card has been misused i m sure the signature will not match, on this basis u can do something.
