Honey just got her Credit report and her fico credit score is of 640 and we would like to know Is a Fico Credit score of 640?will I get high interest rates when applying for loans and creditcards?

640 is OK, not great. You’ll get higher interest rates than someone in the 700’s

i dont no about being turned down as the last person stated but i do no your intrest rates will be a little higher than someone with a higher Score.

A FICO score of 640 is a little less than average. You will probably get approved for a loan, however your interest rate will be higher than those with a higher interest rate. By the way, if you are trying to apply for mortgage, it may get disapproved, they have been tough lately.Lately, people have been needing 680 credit scores for a home mortgage.
