   your bank in Germany might also support an internet based bill paying feature that will accept non-euro zone payment addresses.

   and you can inquire at any German, US, Swiss, Canadian, or UK bank that has offices in both Germany and US [rather obviously, only the bigger ones] for how they can support you to solve this continuing situation.
