How credit card balance transfer works?
I was approved by american express to transfer 3 of my other balances to their credit card. My question is do they directly pay these companies or send me a check so that I can mail it myself?

Can you play the credit card companies if you have 2 cards and those special transfer balance deals?
Each card sent me those deals and I thought It would be nice to get a really good rate on them since I rarely use them.
