what can you tell me about the credcard sites thecardoutlet.com, investorcards.com, and creditcards.com?

i was told to try and get a credit card from these sites. the reasion is because i have no credit. literaly. i went to my credit union and the lady said i had no credit. (i am 20) so i was told to go to these sites and see if i could get a student creditcard from them (i am a full time student so no job yet). the idea id to use the cards for small things and let part of the debit carry over eac month to show i am using the cards (i was told to let no more than 20 bucks go on to the next month) and hopefully build uo my credit score.

Which affiliate program is better: creditcards.com or mycreditcardcash.com?

I’m hoping that someone who has experience with either will respond. I know that creditcards.com is free, but I’m not so sure about their strict policies. As for mycreditcardcash.com, there’s a $1.97 initial fee, and they give you 3 valuable bonuses, but I guess if I don’t get at least 2 aplicants in 14 days, I’ll be charged about $40. Which site is more appealing to applicants and has better, faster payouts. Any other helpful info? Thanks.
