can you transfer a balance from someone else’s credit card to your own credit line?
please only answer if you KNOW the answer! I want to help my mom out by transferring her credit card balance which has a higher APR, to my new credit card which offers 0% on balance transfers. Is this possible or can I only do that between my own cards?
